Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Unnayan Sangha (US) is a non-government, non-political and non-profitable organization working since 1980 to serve the socio-economically disadvantaged people for their socio-financial and cultural development expecting their better and prosperous life. The organization is going to implement ANCP funded "GEnder incluSive Market Systems for Improved Nutrition (GESMIN)" Project at Melandha, Islampur and Dewangonj upazilas under Jamalpur district in partnership with World Vision Bangladesh. For implementing the project the organization is inviting applications from qualified candidates against the post.Should have adequate knowledge and experience on implementing development project following inclusive market system development approach. Need to have the expertise on formation, capacity building and mobilization of female/male/mixed producer groups/community based organization (CBO). Experienced on applying the tools and techniques of engaging private and public sectors with producer groups consisted of smallholder farmers. Clear concept on emerging challenges/issues for the farmers caused by Climate Change and Environmental degradation. Basic knowledge on the domains of Women's Economic Empowerment. Experience on developing producer group focused micro entrepreneurships specially for female will get preference.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
