Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 4 years working experiences in the relevant field.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Meeting, Training, Workshops and Advocacy programs. Good communication and networking skill. Decision making and problem solving skills. Good report writing and documentation ability. Good conceptual and practical skill to assist producers/project participants within the project area to increase their incomes by meeting buyers requirements and gaining access to more lucrative and sustainable markets. Key duties will include; understanding the opportunities for local production, conducting value chain and sub-sectorial analysis, identifying key market players, opportunities and constraints, formulating innovative market hypothetical's and generating real market driven opportunities and orders. Good proficiency in English & Bengali, both written and verbal. Good time management skills. Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation. Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
Salary:
