Job Context:
∎ National Credit Ratings Limited, one of the established rating agencies of Bangladesh is looking for dynamic,talented and enthusiastic team players with positive and go-getter affitude who will be actively involved in the development of the business.
∎ The selected candidates will be working under a Senior Business Development Officer for three (03) months of probation period.
∎ After successful completion of probation period, he/she will be affirmed as a permanent Business Development Officer & will be assigned with a monthly business target in terms of quantity and value

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve business target and effectively entertain complaint, queries and suggestions of the clients
∎ Building good relationship with banks & clients as well as bring out the potential customers
∎ Visiting the clients and banks on regular basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age should be within 30 years as on June 30,2019
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications including e-mail is a must.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and target oriented
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Capable in maintaining good interpersonal relationship with clients & colleagues

Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000 per month during the probation periodUpon successful completion of the probation period salary will be fixed based on the achievement and non-achievement of the monthly business targetCommission will be provided as per company practice upon achievement of the assigned monthly target
