Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage project development and rollout projects maintaining target deadline, cost and quality in order to manage the business efficiently and effectively
∎ Develop policies , processes and SOPs to manage the entire operations efficiently and effectively
∎ Mentor, motivate, organize and manage several project managers as well as the team members. Foster a combination of technical skills, business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
∎ Review the business operation and proactively, find out the improvement areas in the process and take up and lead the projects from ideation phase to realization towards achieving the business benefits
∎ Formulate business continuity plan and ensure the enforcement of the processes
∎ Develop reports and run own analytics to identify business trends and find out critical facts and aware management for anything requiring special attention
∎ Will be responsible to Create and continuously develop long term strategic and financial plans of the company.
∎ Will be responsible for the overall business growth, marketing and sales strategies and PNL growth of the company.
∎ Monitoring day to day company operations and activities, ensuring the business continues as per the strategic directions and guidelines.
∎ Formulating departmental KPIs, Targets, Policies and Compliances with a view to drive the business growth.
∎ Advising on the future growth of the business.
∎ Play pivotal roles in strategic data analysis, business forecast, trends and product development and overall business projections.
∎ Achieve and maintain actual growth goals, performances with the of the business plan, financial projections comprehending associated risk factors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with various national and international team members and flexibility to adapt to different work conditions
∎ Excellent command of oral and written Bengali / English must and Computer literacy is a must.
∎ We are looking for competent, smart, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for developing business.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills
∎ Need to handle any Comprehensive understanding on Business Plans, Projection & Execution, Sales Development, Growth Hacking and Disruptive Marketing techniques. Other work assigned by the Top Management.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by the Top Management.
∎ Having experience of leading a unit or team as Manager/ team Leader/ Supervisory positions of E-commerce company / Marketplaces/ startup will be more preferable
