∎ Proficient in basic office software including Excel. Statistics and efficiency oriented.
∎ Good logical thinking, diligent, reliable.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search and bring in companies, recruitment agencies and job listing sites to the recruitment section of imo, and maintain a good partnership with employer users.
∎ Responsible for the success rate and cooperation efficiency with recruitment partners of different sorts, execute localized and practical methods to acquire sufficient employer users and job listings for imo recruitment section.
∎ Assist with the operations and execution tasks to help improve the user experience and satisfaction of employee users.
∎ Excute market research regularly based on business requests. Support user feedback and valuable information for product and service improvement.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
