∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Researcher

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the planning of user research projects for imo
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the user research projects, including user recruitment, qualitative/quantitative research material preparation , in-depth interview and questionnaires etc
∎ Responsible for the training and quality of the implementation for large scale multi-person collaborative projects or extenal supplier projects.
∎ Responsible for integrating and collecting users' feedback of imo from various channels (such as Play Store and regional local) to support the improvement and update of imo.
∎ Assist in thecollection and analysis of South Asian market and competitive products information."

∎ Job Requirements:
∎ "1. About two years of working experience, Experience in user research, market research, user operation, customer service are preferred
∎ 2. Psychology, marketing, communication, sociology and other related majors are preferred
∎ 3.Native Bengali language speaker and English as a working language
∎ 4. Good communication skills, independent thinking and learning ability, strong executive ability, modest and practical.
∎ Plus1:Have a basic understanding of user research methods , such as questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.
∎ Plus 2: Be Capable of doing basic data analysis, familiar with one or two data visualization tools, such as SPSS, EXCEL."

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
