Job Context:
∎ 1. Bachelor degree or above; 3+ years living or studying abroad a plus;
∎ 2. Deep knowledge of the local market and culture; integrate resources with ROI awareness;
∎ 3. Exceptional ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions; experience setting and defining business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs.
∎ 4. Experience in team building, including interacting with and influencing all the team members.
∎ 5. Excellent self-starter who can thrive in an innovative and fast-paced dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for the overall business of designated markets for short video application;.
∎ 2. Base in local and oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting staff, identifying business opportunities and driving efficiency in the teamwork.
∎ 3. Lead engagement with local channels of market and high-quality content; maximize the resources by aligning with HQ.
∎ 4. Develop localized business strategy, and ensure smooth execution by company business need, local market and competition landscape.
∎ 5. Support branding and PR efforts around local events and acts as Likee local spokesperson; Drive news/media relations locally.
