Job Context:
∎ 1.Develop and bring in customers such as company recruiters, recruitment agencies in Bangladesh to use recruitment service of imo and pay for the service based on their demand;
∎ 2.Responsible for the retention rate and hiring efficiency of customers;
∎ 3.Assist with the operations and execution tasks to help improve the user experience;
∎ 4.Execute market research regularly based on business requests. Support user feedback and valuable information for product and service improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Good written & oral English;
∎ 2.Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
∎ 2.Experience in local recruitment industry and life service is preferred;
∎ 3.Target oriented. Proven track of sales achievements in recruitment industry;
∎ 4.Internet company background is a plus.
∎ 5.Proficient in basic office software and data sensitive.
