Job Context:
∎ As a International Business development manager, you will be responsible for helping grow businesses by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients that in order would generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
∎ You may have a single role in the organisation or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating and executing leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
∎ Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Developing pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
∎ Managing a range of clients in various verticals and seniority to meet and exceed expectations.
∎ Contribute to building and executing media plans which deliver the key elements of the client's objectives.
∎ Working cross functionally with internal resources; customer service, product management, marketing, design engineering and service, etc. to bring viable solutions for client's needs to win the business.
∎ Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical skills:
∎ Proven 5+ years experience in selling IT services in international market.
∎ Experience in identifying prospective clients and generating business from new accounts.
∎ Impeccable client services skills and ample experience in high-level client services.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
∎ Well-read in internet marketing and analysis would be highly advantageous.
∎ Extremely personable and excellent client relations ability
∎ Outstanding understanding of digital and ability to implement strategies across digital channels.
∎ Expert Microsoft Project and MS Office skills.
∎ A team player - able to manage a complex structure over multiple geographical locations
∎ Soft skills:
∎ Great presentation and delivery of insights through client-servicing, excellent verbal and written communication
∎ A self-starter, proactive, who identifies milestones and potential blockers and is able to solve them with minimum supervision
