Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth, optimize operational costs, and ensure profitability in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and meet or exceed annual sales targets by fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead client engagement initiatives, including organizing workshops, training sessions, and events, to promote wEvolve’s services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations that showcase wEvolve’s unique value proposition, securing new business and partnerships.
  • Formulate and execute an effective customer outreach strategy, utilizing Salesforce or other
  • CRM tools to track, manage, and maximize client interactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, media outlets, influencers, and healthcare organizations to promote wEvolve’s brand and services.
  • Develop and implement public relations campaigns to enhance wEvolve’s market presence and visibility in the mental health sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including psychologists and mental health professionals, to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and service delivery.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management to support organizational growth and success.
