Job Context:

∎ Employment status: Initially 1 Year. Based on the performance contract can be extended.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, couple, family, group) to clients according to wEvolve protocols.
∎ Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice.
∎ Conduct psychological consultations both onsite and online.
∎ Exhibit excellent communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues.
∎ Help individuals address underlying behavioral issues.
∎ Developing treatment plans and need-based strategies to help clients.
∎ Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment.
∎ Design and conduct training for psychotherapeutic interventions.
∎ Collaborate with other psychologists and different professionals to provide the best possible care.
∎ Ensuring that all client information is kept confidential and maintaining proper documentation for every client.
∎ Active participation in case supervision.
∎ Provide support in preparing social media content.
∎ Any assignment given by the line management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a practitioner in mental health care settings.
∎ Experience in working project implementation/ project based work.
∎ Passionate about working for mental healthcare and advocating community mental health.
∎ Excellent team player, able to work with a varied range of people toward common organizational goals.
∎ Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ Smart interpersonal and communication skills.
