Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Counseling Psychology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, couple, family, group) to clients according to wEvolve protocols
∎ Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice
∎ Conduct psychological consultations both onsite and online
∎ Exhibit excellent communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues Help individuals address underlying behavioral issues
∎ Developing treatment plans and need-based strategies to help clients
∎ Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment Design and conduct training for psychotherapeutic interventions
∎ Collaborate with other psychologists and different professionals to provide the best possible care
∎ Ensuring that all client information is kept confidential and maintaining proper documentation for every client
∎ Active participation in case supervision
∎ Provide support in preparing online media content
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a practitioner in mental health care settings
∎ Passionate about working for mental healthcare and advocating community mental health
∎ Excellent team player, able to work with a varied range of people toward common organizational goals
∎ Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ Smart interpersonal and communication skills.
