Responsibilities & Context:
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
Corporate Partnerships: Secure and manage high-value corporate travel accounts, providing tailored solutions for business trips, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and executive tours.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with international airlines, hotels, and local operators to ensure competitive pricing for our clients.
Product Innovation: Collaborate with the operations team to design unique travel itineraries for new destinations.
Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and provide weekly updates to the Board of Directors.
