Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead sales activities to ensure company growth
∎ Manage sales and marketing team
∎ Set sales target and prepare plan to achieve them
∎ Lead Pre & Post sales activities
∎ Generate new leads, nurture it for future business opportunities
∎ Research market trend, make strategic plans for future growth
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Mentor, monitor sales team and develop it as a high performing team
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance
∎ Confirm to the sales administration procedures.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Should have working experience with government or private or international agencies for software sales and project management
