∎ Master's Degree in any subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the works of all showrooms under Star Line Sweets;
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
∎ Co-ordinate works between Showrooms and Factory;
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
∎ Check the quality of products kept in the showrooms;
∎ Audit stock of the products under different showrooms;
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
∎ Ensuring accountability of work of the existing manpower in the showroom;
∎ Contribute to improving the quality of work of the existing manpower in the showroom;
∎ To complete the documentation works related to different regulatory bodies as per requirement of showrooms;
∎ To prepare of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly analytical reports for the management;
∎ Executing any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.
∎ Working experience in any reputed Sweets Factory/Showrooms will be given preference.
∎ Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).
∎ Extensive knowledge on Linkedin, Facebook and other online social media.
∎ Must be self-motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
