The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence, driving student enrollment, and fostering relationships in regions like the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge new collaborations with universities, colleges, and pathway programs to expand Pacific Global’s reach.
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies for recruiting students into international educational programs.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in global education.
- Sales & Revenue: Implement plans to boost revenue through consultancy services and fast-track programs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for educational services.
- Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with institutions and clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance metrics and business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with educational regulations in target countries.
