Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Commerce (Pass), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Major either in marketing/finance/economics only from reputed universities. Public University candidates will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Sales, Business development, Direct Sales, Distribution Sales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business development, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores Shops
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
∎ Responsible for achieving the given sales target.
∎ Arrange periodical meetings with prospective clients, suppliers and other allied parties.
∎ Prepare action plan for day-to-day business operation in the market.
∎ Conduct research to set up new retail shop with specific brand name.
∎ Lead, control, supervise and motivate sales team for the designated region.
∎ Develop a Group of companies retail business with specific growth strategy.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
∎ Determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the revenue.
∎ Create lucrative sales targets and develop business network relations to corporate clients.
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
∎ Conduct regular sales/service contacts, by telephone and correspondence with assigned accounts.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
