Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provider Management-
∎ Identify and prioritize the empanelment of non-panel providers based on the request from new clients.
∎ Handle general inquiries and panel ship application from non-panel providers.
∎ Collect and assess all documentation including general details, banking details, certification and registration of the providers from recognized authority for provider empanelment.
∎ Conduct training to the users (provider) on the system and portals.
∎ Provide on-site support to the panel hospitals for GL processes.
∎ Key Account Management-
∎ Assist in sales & marketing activities.
∎ Assist, support and facilitate the onboarding of new clients until the service fully commenced.
∎ Conduct training to the users (client) and member briefing on the system and portals.
∎ Respond to all enquiries from existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Review, investigate and follow-through feedbacks from clients and coordinate with other departments until problems resolved.
∎ Monitor and make sure services are delivered according to Service Level Agreement.
∎ Sales & Marketing-
∎ Identify and managing the master data of new prospects and sales leads
∎ Respond to all sales enquiries from various channels (web, intermediaries, walk-in, SEO etc.)
∎ Fact-find the needs of the prospects and other details
∎ Pitching for products and services to the prospects.
∎ Preparing quotation and service agreement for the potential customer.
