Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise customers on the end-to-end freight forwarding solutions.
∎ Finding and generating potential sales leads.
∎ Set target and create business plan for individual customer, industry and trade lane.
∎ Business Development of customers of different industries.
∎ Research and identify new business prospects and nurture the existing client base.
∎ Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio.
∎ Promote the new commercial offers.
∎ Coordinate with Customer Sales Support team and Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Draft commercial contracts adhering to the local regulations & MGH Sales Guideline.
∎ Assess the creditworthiness of customers/ prospects.
∎ Maintain Sales KPIs.
∎ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive packages.
∎ Track the market dynamics to remain in tune with market and business for offering best service both to the company and clients.

∎ Ability to work under any condition.
∎ Fluent in communication and ability to meet sales target.
∎ Flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.
∎ Experience in FMCG environments would add value.
