- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and relevant tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive environment
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong preference for experience in:
o Solar (PV), ESS, or Power/Energy Projects
o Generator sales industry (Added advantage)
- Proven track record in project hunting and successful deal closure

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth in C&I Solar and Energy Storage System (ESS) projects. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong industry relationships, and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project closure—while contributing to strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and aggressively pursue new C&I Solar and ESS project opportunities
- Conduct market research and implement strategic initiatives to expand target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, industrial clients, and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, commercial structuring, and deal closure
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial solutions
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive offerings
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and closure strategies
- Set and achieve assigned sales targets (MW and revenue growth)
- Lead, guide, and support junior business development team members (if applicable)
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to generate leads and partnerships
