∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce, Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products/ services and gain new markets.
∎ Maintaining relationships with existing customers/merchants/vendors through regular review visits & communication.
∎ Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Implement and execute marketing plans by developing new strategies to convert targeted customers as potential customers.
∎ Monitoring Order Management process and solution closely for smooth service operation.
∎ Identify increase or decrease on sales area wise from the Order Management Solution and develop marketing strategies on promotion of the product and service.
∎ New customer acquisition and repeated sales generation strategies need to planned and implemented.
∎ Monitor the delivery team and the KPI on delivery service. Plan and implement new ways for optimizing it.
∎ Conduct Market Survey through Contact Center team.
∎ Monitor and lead the Ecommerce team, Call Center & Order Management Operation department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Ecommerce industry with proven track records in Sales and Operation.
∎ Possess strong analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, results oriented with good sales.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Experience in Order Delivery Management.
∎ Should be Strong command in both Bangla and English speaking and writing.
∎ Should have experience or skills preparing business proposals and presentation.

Salary: Negotiable
