Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, generating and growing new digital marketing business, creating innovative online and offline marketing sales plans and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.
∎ Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations
∎ Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
∎ Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
∎ Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.
∎ Need to be proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
∎ We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills and understanding of digital marketing.
∎ Prospect new business and generate new online marketing sales revenue.
∎ Create effective and persuasive proposals.
∎ Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual online and off line marketing sales quotas.
∎ Excellent presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
∎ Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales.
∎ Upselling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximize revenue. Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.
∎ Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans.
∎ Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
∎ Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
∎ Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in Bangladesh.
∎ Write compelling business proposals
∎ Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
∎ Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
∎ Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.
∎ Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
∎ Demonstrate initiative and drive.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about Digital Marketing.
∎ Expert in MS office
∎ Capable of work under pressure
