Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching market and industry trends
∎ Feasibility Study of the upcoming business
∎ Forecast of Business portfolio and analysis
∎ Develop Business Strategy and analysis of Business growth comparing with similar industry
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
∎ The role of the Business Development Manager is to generate new business for the Group.
∎ Responsible for engaging with customer install base to update on current technologies, programs and promotions. , inquire about business environment changes, subsequently update the database.
∎ Required to gather company information, seek out company decision makers, generate interest, determine the need for technology products and services, and schedule an appointment.
∎ assisting with campaign support; driving attendance, setup and preparation, registration, and follow-up activities. Assisting with website content development and updates may also be an additional responsibility.
∎ Educate customers on current technologies, programs and promotions
∎ Identify new prospects
∎ Initiate & follow up on business development activities
∎ Update sales database of existing business to evaluate promotion strategies.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 47 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in dealing with FMCG based industry like Sugar/Cement/Polymer/Food & Beverage & Rice/Real-estate/Footwear.
∎ Ability to think quickly and speak clearly.
∎ This individual will need to be organized, thorough, responsive, detail oriented, reliable and a good communicator with strong phone skills.
∎ The ability to multi-task is required.
∎ Language proficiency in Bengali & English is a must in reading and writing both.
∎ Proficient in Excel/various database applications
∎ Internet & Computer savvy
∎ Interpersonal skills are required
∎ Excellent telephone communication skills required
