Job Context:
∎ Strategic holdings, one of the leading conglomerates of the country is eyeing to venture into the media business. We are planning to build a state of the art media joint, starting with the launch of a web portal. The web portal will be a one-stop destination for news and currents affairs. From politics to entertainment and from international affairs to sports, it will contain all. Also, there will be various digital online contents, and shows which will cater to a wider audience. The company believes that this effort will be the first of a kind in the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, analyses and approach ideal clients to enhance the business growth of NewsBangla24.com
∎ Manage a healthy professional relationship with existing clients of the company.
∎ Explore prospective client base in terms of meeting sales target for the company.
∎ Manage all external meetings with clients, pitching services/products with all the relevant information, statistics according to client’s requirements for partnership and website monetization
∎ Negotiate contracts and packages aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
∎ Innovate and arrange value added services (i.e. interview, article, publishing press release and success stories, making guest in our shows, etc.) to the client to establish a healthy relationship with clients.
∎ Proactively keep updated about market information (competitors, products or services, trends) and inform team members to be aligned.
∎ Support team leader to handle website Ad Manager, Website Backend, Social Media, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Alexa and other relevant areas.
∎ Keep close coordination with all the team members for preparing documents, proposal, external/internal meetings, etc.
∎ Help team leader to manage clients and agency contacts to manage a win-win situation for a sustainable business growth.
∎ Maintain accurate records, documentation of planning and activity, meetings.
∎ Complete tasks in due time assigned by the Team Leader and update accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least 2 years’ experience as Business Development Department.
