Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the Business Development of Group & Health Insurance.
∎ Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from new and existing clients.
∎ Set and track sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.
∎ Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts.
