We are looking competent Sales Managers for various industry verticals (Banking, Telco, FMG/MNC, Education, Government) that we do business with. The person should be able to plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively. We expect the Sales Managers to undertake the following duties alone or in collaboration with other personnel in the sales department:

• Overseeing sales for assigned industry verticals, promotions and campaigns.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.

• Preparing sales budgets and projections.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.

• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners (OEMs - i.e. HP, Juniper, Oracle, Microsoft, Thales, AVAYA, etc.).

• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.

• Setting sales quotas and goals.

• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

• Defining and executing sales plans for responsible industry verticals.

• Male or Female, age around in mid-thirties.

• Power user of MS Office & Adobe, Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English)
