∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from any Public University.
∎ Candidates from IBA/DU/RU/KU and with adequate training in relevant field will get preference.

∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
dairy production, Dairy technology, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dairy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare business plan and execute new project.
∎ Effectively manage the overall operation & function of a dairy farm to achieve its targeted production.
∎ Responsible to lead all team members with appropriate training and development.
∎ Execute risk management programs and drive continuous gross margin improvements for farm’s sustainability.
∎ Develop and execute nutrient management plan including ration formulation, fodder production, silage making etc. as and when required.
∎ Manage all local issues strategically and maintain proper coordination and liaison with all relevant authorities.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with all govt., non-govt. and international agencies.
∎ Adopt development strategy and source new intelligence for farm’s development.
∎ Prepare annual budget and implement it with appropriate manner.
∎ Administer milking process and maintain appropriate hygiene in the farm.
∎ Evaluate various animal health programs to achieve its overall objective & goal.
∎ Monitor upgradation and cross breeding program for all animals and ensure their good health.
∎ Involve with procurement process, material selection and overall quality management.
∎ Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
