• Masters

No 3rd Class / Division or Equivalent CGPA (as per BA policy) will be accepted at any stage of the academic career.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Willingness and ability to learn business acquisition techniques and support relationship development activities.

• Fundamental negotiation skills with an understanding of Small Business, guided by senior team members.

• Experience in SME Business Banking will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations, credit risk, and SME products. 

• Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and portfolio quality control will be valued.

• Supervise and guide 10–12 Relationship Officers / Relationship Executives (RO/RE).

• Source, visit, assess, and recommend CMSE loan proposals.

• Ensure proper KYC, customer due diligence, credit assessment, and documentation.

• Monitor client business performance and portfolio quality on a regular basis.

• Support ROs/REs in sourcing quality customers and resolving operational issues.

• Maintain close relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and timely recovery.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank, internal credit policy, and CMSE guidelines.

• Submit regular MIS, pipeline updates, and reports to Territory Manager.

• Proven track record in supervisory role.
