Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven Business Development Manager who will lead our sales initiatives, develop effective sales strategies, and manage the sales team to expand our subscription customer base. The primary focus of this role is driving revenue, increasing subscriptions, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase subscription sales and market penetration.

  • Identify new sales channels, corporate partnerships, and distribution opportunities.

  • Build relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and lifestyle partners.

  • Onboard qualified doctors and healthcare professionals to strengthen the service network.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

  • Build relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in insurance, telemedicine, healthcare subscription services, or related sectors.

  • Strong background in sales leadership, business development, and revenue generation.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable results.
