Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a senior level position, and the incumbent will be primarily responsible for developing new business.
∎ Maintain compliance with the BMET and other government regulations.
∎ Lead a core management team performing the essential functions of a recruitment agency.
∎ Set targets for marketing.
∎ Establish network with the training agencies.
∎ Advise the higher management on acquiring new clients overseas.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant in both writing and speaking in Bangla and English, knowledge in spoken and written Arabic will be considered valuable.
∎ Functional knowledge about the procedures at BMET for sending migrant workers abroad.
∎ Familiarity with the general procedures of responding to the employers' request from overseas will be essential
