Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clilent Convincing Power, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent sales and negotiation skills, Good communication skills, Smart and Dynamic
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Event Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the client for sustainable business relationships.
∎ Client communication through email and phone calls and keeping records of the details.
∎ Prepare quarterly/monthly marketing action plan and work accordingly.
∎ Achieve business targets within the given deadline.
∎ Conduct market research to find out new clients and thereby develop new business opportunities.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
∎ Initiate ideas and develop strategies in the area of business development.
∎ Support clients to have a great service experience with the company.
∎ Must meet deadlines.
∎ Be open to feedback from the team on any improvisations or corrections
∎ Work on multiple briefs at the same time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales commission will be added to the basic salary.
