∎ Skills Required: aesthetic sense, color combination sense, design sense, good communicatioon, Hand sketch, Interior Design, Negotiation Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
aesthetic sense, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Color Sense, Hand sketch, Interior Design, sketch up 3d
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Catering, Event Management, Furniture
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ > Generate new design & concepts.
∎ > Bring the ideas to life using Adobe & other 3D modelling software in order to create both static visualization & immensely photo realistic animation, landscape visuals, interiors & exteriors.
∎ > Working closely with design & execution teams to plan and help them execute.
∎ > Site visit for measurements and detailed planning of the site.
∎ > Clearly understand the clients requirements & create new designs as per the requirements.
∎ > Assisting the planning & execution decisions.
∎ > Keeping him/herself up-to-date with relevant software advances & sharing knowledge with the team mates.
∎ > He/She must be creative & technically minded.
∎ > Should have sound knowledge on lighting.
∎ > Should have sound knowledge on industry standard design tools and softwares (Adobe Suite, Lumino, Sketch Up, Etc).
∎ > Developing new skills & research in new ideas.
∎ > A keen eye for detail, composition & visual narrative.
∎ > Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.
∎ > Managing any task on demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ If the candidate is experienced then educational requirements can be ignored.
