∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preference will be granted to public or prominent private universities
∎ Science background is preferable in SSC or HSC.
∎ Ex-cadet is preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Basic knowledge in computer, and communication technology.
∎ MS Office and Google Workspace skills
∎ Tech savvy
∎ Prior experience in sales / marketing (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Strong selling, objective handling skills
∎ The aim to be Empowered, work independently and focus on results
∎ Excellent planning and prioritization skills
∎ Proficiency in English (Specially in writing)
∎ Excellent proficiency in writing Business Proposals
∎ Ability to handle foreign clients
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
∎ Quick learner/learning attitude
∎ Should be a team player willing to share knowledge, experience, and information
∎ Knowledge in Brand practice in Bangladesh
∎ Strategic Planning
∎ A doer and adapt constantly to many changes
∎ Solutions driven mentality
∎ Should have Extra-curricular activities experience
∎ Ability to use customer centric marketing tools and should have trendy knowledge in these types of tools.
∎ Excellent market knowledge of original and replica/copy/duplicate products
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
