Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth initiatives of our legal service firm. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies. This role is crucial to expanding our client base, promoting our legal services, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Assist in identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
  • Support attorneys in maintaining relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.

Proposal & Presentation Support

  • Prepare and update proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other client inquiries.
  • Help customize presentations based on client industries and legal needs.

Marketing & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and firm-sponsored events.
  • Coordinate social media posts, newsletters, and website updates in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Track campaign performance and generate reports for review by senior management.

Research & Data Management

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor client feedback and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Assist in preparing business development reports and tracking key metrics.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in client outreach efforts.
