Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
∎ Identify and map prospective clients, should be responsible for cultivating new relationships, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly and by annual.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
∎ Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
∎ Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
∎ Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors and donors so that you can generate repeat business as well as finding new opportunities
∎ Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
∎ Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
∎ Hire, onboard and train new team members in the sales team.
∎ Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
∎ Meet the quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Attend conferences, meetings, and events on the company’s behalf.
∎ Track and analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
∎ Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
∎ Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
∎ Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
∎ Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
∎ Preparing financial projections and sales targets
∎ Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
∎ Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.
