Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and asses report from Executive & Trainers.
∎ Give proper feedback from center related enquiry.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new client.
∎ Able to face different software related question and show demo on it as like as (SMS, IMS, MMS and E-Commerce).
∎ Regular communicate with Web Developer team and justfy inspect project.
∎ Make daily job list report.
∎ Arrange training session for our in-house trainer.
∎ Co-ordinate with trainer and regular visit at training area minimum one time per hour.
∎ Creative content writing and making motivational speech.
∎ Find out students problem and make proper solution.
∎ Provide daily report to authorize person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preferable who worked under different Govt. ICT/ LICT Project.
∎ Call center experience will get priority.
∎ Must have software troubleshooting knowledge.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivation.
∎ Able to team work with proactive interpersonal skill.
∎ Good Communication skill with computer literacy (MS Office).
∎ Must need to be fluent in English & Bangla.
