We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at BESI Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, preparing and maintaining business documentation, supporting proposal development, and assisting in building and nurturing institutional relationships with training partners and corporate clients.

This is a full-time, office-based position that requires excellent written communication skills in English. The candidate must be highly proficient in documentation-related tasks, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professional presentation in all written materials.

1. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and organizations via email and other digital platforms.

2. Prepare, review, and manage official documents, proposals, quotations, and reports.

3. Maintain and update client databases, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses.

4. Support the business development team in achieving enrollment and partnership targets.

5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and client servicing.

6. Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and institutional profiles.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international training partners.
