Job Context:
∎ T R A I N I N G & D E V E L O P M E N T B O N D:
∎ Finally selected candidates must give a Training & Development Bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of 3 (three) years. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Business Development Analyst" within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the probation period.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development Analyst manages and directs the research and development programs to meet
∎ organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new businesses.
∎ Develops & liaise the business relationship & procedures between the Bangladesh, Europe & USA
∎ business professionals.
∎ Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques.
∎ Being a Business Development Analyst oversees complex research projects, analyzes results and
∎ provides recommendations based on findings.
∎ Assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget.
∎ True first level manager.
∎ Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
∎ Has full authority for personnel actions.
∎ The Business Development Analyst is responsible to explore new business opportunities in Bangladesh & foreign countries and he/she will assist in assessing suitable project where the firm can expand their business.
∎ He/she will coordinate to prepare proposals, submission of proposal and other business development activities.
∎ Managing the internal communication flow by distributing other documents and correspondence as directed by The Managing Director of the company.
∎ Receiving / distributing communications and addressing items with The Managing Director of the company.
∎ Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Typing and dictation of letters, speeches and emails to screen.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive knowledge of department processes.
∎ To be a Business Development Analyst typically requires 5 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
∎ Excellent secretarial skills, including touch and/or speed typing and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
∎ Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to be professional, courteous and deal directly with key players at a senior level both inside and outside the Organization.
∎ Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
∎ Creative & congenial personality.
∎ Ability to work under stress and long hours.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
