Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth for Rokomari.com.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, fostering collaboration and trust.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget efficiently.
∎ Work outside the office, conducting fieldwork within Dhaka city to engage with publishers and strengthen partnerships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in computer and communication technology.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
∎ Tech-savvy with a strong inclination for learning.
∎ Prior experience in sales/marketing is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong selling and objective handling skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work independently and focus on results.
∎ Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Quick learner with a positive learning attitude.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
