∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Business Analytics, Business Development, Planning and organizing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate growth strategy options for the businesses by analyzing global trends tracking competitor's business models and their future plans.
∎ Conducting market research and studying market trends.
∎ Creating and presenting analysis reports.
∎ Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.
∎ Overseeing the implementation of updated business strategies.
∎ Reviewing and analyzing the efficacy of revised business strategies.
∎ Monitoring the long-term effects of business changes.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
∎ Liaising between technology teams, support teams, and business units.
∎ To analysis product costing.
∎ Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes.
∎ Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
∎ Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees.
∎ To analyze project feasibility and investment.
∎ Attending the forums, association events, clients' discussions, and conferences and submitting feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Fluency in Bengali & English.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated presentation skills and training delivery skills.
∎ Creative, competitive, decisive, negotiator, and multilingual.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet browsing, and basic knowledge of IT are mandatory.
∎ Must be self-motivated and hardworking.
∎ Should possess Research Skills.
∎ Flexible to work in the factory or anywhere as instructed.
∎ Ability to support business and practice development efforts (ex: proposals, thought leadership, case studies, work plans, and internal team metric trackers).
