Educational Requirements:
∎ BE / B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech in CS / IT.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-12 years of Software Industry experience; Pharma or Healthcare background is a plus.
∎ 8+ years of experience in working on large scale implementation projects as a Business Analyst
∎ Act as SPOC for business requirements and represent the end user in the development process
∎ Performs requirements analysis, gap analysis, engages in UAT and client training
∎ Write clear, complete functional and system use cases for business requirements
∎ Work cross functionally with internal project teams and Customers (as need be) to ensure all business needs are met, stakeholders are kept informed on latest status updates and new system changes and build and maintain relationships
∎ Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs.
∎ Liaise with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met well during solutions design, development and testing lead the testing effort through test case articulation
∎ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support implementation and post go-live issue resolution
∎ Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
∎ Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the project team achieve its goals
∎ Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
∎ Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications
∎ Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan
