Business development, Data Analysis, Market Intelligence, Research Design/ Analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Leading on-going reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic implementation and operational improvements and changes
∎ Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make
∎ Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Produce written documentation to support work, gathering critical information, report on findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
∎ Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
∎ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Performing user acceptance testing.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
∎ Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures, allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
∎ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
∎ Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
