Job Context:
∎ Spring Rain is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST to join their talented Dhaka based team and assist in the ongoing development of their technology platform. The successful candidate needs to have 1-3 year experience working as Business analyst in any reputable software development company.
∎ This position is responsible to research processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. To identify business processes that can be improved and consults with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements. Interprets and translates requirements into functional specifications. Develops, liase and executes tests to validate system functionality against specifications. The role will generally be split 60% business analysis and 40% project management tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, and managing project scope, objectives and deliverables
∎ Liaison with and provide direction to key stakeholders in all projects including engineers, developers, infrastructure projects team, internal management and key customers
∎ Producing and maintain accurate up to date project plans at the appropriate levels, covering project schedules/timelines, deliverables, budget and resourcing
∎ Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
∎ Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
∎ Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
∎ Implementing and maintaining clear communication and reporting mechanisms across project, staff, teams and management
∎ Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
∎ Maintaining user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
∎ Act as the central point of contact between the Software, Support and Management
∎ Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Eid Bonus 50% of Gross. Timely payment.
