Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Engineering

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend system and process improvements

• Translate business requirements into clear functional, non-functional, and technical specifications

• Prepare and maintain key BA documents including BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams

• Introduce and maintain lightweight yet effective documentation and reporting processes for better project visibility

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interface specifications as required

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, urgency, and feasibility

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC

• Support system integration, data migration, and solution validation activities

• Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Assist in change management, user training, and post-implementation support when required

• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders

• Ensure project deliverables align with defined scope, timelines, and business goals
