Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Having strong English writing skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for collaboration with project stakeholder to determine the project requirements
∎ Requirement analysis, management, prioritization & verification.
∎ Prepare Business Process Diagram (BPD), user screens and SRS
∎ Provide detailed guidance to developer and QA resources,
∎ Participates in user acceptance testing and testing new system functionality.
∎ Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module
∎ Prepare project plan, proposal, report, and coordinate deliverables.
∎ Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
∎ Work closely with developers to produce high-quality technical documentation with zero grammatical errors of software user manuals and other documents.
∎ Develop and update documentation templates and procedures.

∎ Should have clear and strong communication skills in English and is able to communicate smoothly with clients and other stakeholders.
∎ Clear and strong communication, with the ability to effectively work with all areas of the organization.
∎ A strategic and critical thinker with the ability to see the big picture yet still work according to details as/when needed.
∎ The ability to analyze business needs and conceive, design, and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Having IELTS score is plus.
