∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Management System, Building Safety, Security related activities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
∎ Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
∎ Preparing the duty rosters for all the building employees, having it approved by the management, assign and supervise their job proceedings.
∎ Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
∎ Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
∎ Maintaining a peaceful and calm environment in the common areas of the building.
∎ Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
∎ Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
∎ Conducting regular trainings for all the staffs to enhance their perceptions on quality space and environment, to improve their body languages and appearance, to learn machine/equipment handlings and maintenance such as generator, lift, water pump, exercising equipment etc. and to create ability of firefighting.
∎ Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
∎ Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
∎ Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues.
∎ Attend, deal and resolve any other issues related to building safety, maintenance, cleanliness and performance of equipment/machineries.
∎ Additional responsibility for the interviewed person (since he has specific hands-on experience doing these):
∎ Attending and fixing/repairing any electrical issues/failure of the building including the building inhabitant’s premise with personal capacities.
∎ Conducting the regular swimming pool maintenance.
