Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/ Degree/MBA/BBA In any discipline/ Diploma in Civil engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and making service contracts for services providers including electromechanical equipment, security, housekeeping, landscape and so on .
∎ Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping and security.
∎ Making monthly budgets to maintain project.
∎ Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
∎ Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Overseeing building's renovations or refurbishments in coordinate with Civil Engineer.
∎ Drafting reports with written recommendations.
∎ Electrical and mechanical diagnoses, troubleshooting and repair.
∎ Maintaining all Electro Mechanical Equipment like Sub-station, Generator, HVAC, VRF system, WTP, STP Fire protection and detection system, Elevator, Pumps etc.in coordination with supplier & Concern Engineer
∎ Prepared & implement the monthly, half-annual and yearly Schedule maintenance.
∎ Solve problems or other complications when happen.
∎ Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
∎ Maintain good Relationship with tenance.
∎ Searching the tenance for vacant space.
∎ Regular basis rent collection.
∎ Arrange schedule meeting with tenance & others.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Ensuring the availability all utility facilities.
∎ Task as required for smooth operation of the deference floor of the building.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
