∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular inspections of all buildings, fixtures, and fittings to identify any maintenance needs or repairs
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facilities
∎ Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure that the job is done efficiently, effectively, and safely
∎ Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems
∎ Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition
∎ Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing plumbing issues
∎ Respond to emergency maintenance requests based on requirements
∎ Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and expenses
∎ Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed maintaining standards and are within budget
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience as a Maintenance Executive
∎ Experience in managing maintenance operations in an apparel manufacturing environment will be given preference
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems related to equipment and machinery
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to equipment and machinery
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
