Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Nutrition or related field with experience in CMAM/CTC/BSFP/TSFP and IYCF /Masters in Public health with Bachelors in Nutrition or a health science and experience in CMAM/CTC/ BSFP/TSFP and IYCF

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all staff under the BSFP/TSFP and adolescent nutrition project including recruitment, capacity building, ongoing performance evaluations, management, general well-being, work schedules, discipline etc. in co-ordination operation and P&C in accordance with World Vision policies and guidelines.
∎ Provide technical support to staff and promote learning based on project objectives and activities and ensure documentation and sharing of learning with other sectors and programs.
∎ Ensure that staff responsibilities are clearly defined and understood, with performance objectives set against work plans and regularly monitored.
∎ Adhere to and ensure Security Protocols are followed by Nutrition teams both when in Office and field areas.
∎ Organize regularly evaluation meetings of team members
∎ Take appropriate measures in case of conflict and breach of policies in liaison with P&C.
∎ Identify training needs, and plan capacity building events based on the gaps.
∎ Coordination and participation in Nutrition Cluster, and nutrition assessment/ survey groups.
∎ Support, and participate other nutrition related working group (e.g. CMAM, IYCF working group) at district and sub district level.
∎ Development of network with other actors in the area as well as community leaders/representatives
∎ Represent World Vision nutrition programs when and if necessary vis-a-vis donors during their field visits
∎ Ensure communication and coordination between the Stabilization Centre, Outpatient Therapeutic Feeding Program, Blanket & Targeted Supplementary Feeding Program and community mobilization in the frame of a CMAM approach
∎ Conduct regular meetings with other program staffs in World Vision and other NGOs to discuss and document lessons learned (including capacity building).
∎ Develop planning documents (Scope documents, DIP budgets, forecast, proposals etc.), regular revision of those
∎ Provide advanced word processing support by creating complex spreadsheets, maintaining databases and creating high quality reports, presentations, and other documents,
∎ Ensure integration with other existing health and nutrition interventions.
∎ Increase departmental integration with WASH and Livelihoods/Food Security through integrated assessment, design, implementation and surveillance (including geographic, household, and individual targeting utilizing integrated indicators).
∎ Mainstreaming gender, protection and DRR in project activities.
∎ Contribute to agency contingency planning for possible Nutrition emergency response if required.
∎ Evaluate the relevance and appropriateness of current and future programming in relation to nutrition, food security and livelihoods in the camp/s context.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 5 years' experience in nutrition programme management with INGO/NGO/UN and related field experience in IYCF and BSFP/TSFP, from which 2-3years in a management position.
∎ Strong capacity building and training skills
∎ Strong capacity for relations with state and local stakeholders
∎ Fluent in English (professional English required)
∎ Good resource and time management skills
∎ Proven Project management and proposal/report writing skills
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership and motivation skills
∎ Supervisory and managerial skills with proven ability to manage a demanding workload
∎ Computer literate, specially MS Word and Excel
∎ Experience in recovery and development project management
∎ Experience with working in nutrition sensitive and nutrition specific programing.
∎ Ability to read and abstract information from a variety of formats
∎ Ability to plan and organize work Independent with appropriate follow through while paying close attention to detail and show initiative in completing tasks and projects in a timely manner
∎ Familiarity with project/program areas
∎ Previous working experience in NGOs
∎ Good understanding on integrated programs (Food Security/Livelihood, WASH) and incorporation of cross-cutting issues (DRR, Protection)
∎ Able to set own deadlines and meet them consistently
∎ Experience and flexibility in working with complex programing and stuffing structures.

Salary: Tk. 160000 (Monthly)
