Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and maintain professional attitudes.
∎ Gentle interaction with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure marketing tools availability in the outlets and deliver the appropriate information.
∎ Deal with dissimilar types complaints and resolve them with creativity.
∎ Willing to take responsibility of achieving sales target of the assigned Outlet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Height : Minimum 5' 1''
∎ Weight: Maximum 60 kg
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a natural and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone.
∎ Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others' tone quite quickly.
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
∎ Candidates having ability to fulfill following requirements are encouraged to apply:
∎ Should have vest product knowledge on Color Cosmetics.
∎ Must be well grooming at all times in working premises.
∎ Should have demonstration skills on Color Cosmetics and skin care products.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences and skin.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment and ability to meet instant customer needs.
∎ Ensure and maintain professional attitudes.
